Tortoise is an automated delivery platform for retail and logistics industries. It was founded by David Graham and Dmitry Shevelenko. When companies like Lyft, Microsoft, and Samsung needed to develop novel technologies and concepts, they brought in David. Dmitry oversaw new modality partnership strategy at Uber and led Uber’s first deals with JUMP, Getaround, and public transit ticketing system Masabi. David and Dmitri together identified some of the biggest pain points in logistics and shared micromobility and are setting out to tackle these.
